3.13. The Client selecting the MFA Challenge options on the order form, declares the choice for the first and each subsequent phase of the MFA Challenge. 3.19. A potentially harmful activity is considered to be the placing of multiple orders by the Client in a short period of time (in a non-standard number, significantly different from the number allowing the use of the services as intended by the Service), which may overload the system or indicate an abuse of the Service's functionality. In the event that such an action is detected, the Provider may address a notice to the Client via the Client Section or by e-mail, requesting that the action cease. If the Client continues to engage in activities that disrupt the operation of the Service or violate the Terms and Conditions despite notification, the Provider may temporarily restrict the ability to place further orders to the extent necessary to ensure the security and stability of the Service. Sending a request for cancellation of the Client Section shall be deemed to be a request for termination by the Client. The Provider will immediately acknowledge receipt of the request to the Client by e-mail, as a result of which the contractual relationship between the Client and the Provider will be terminated. In this case, the Client is not entitled to continue using the Client Section. The Client shall not be reimbursed for any fees already paid or costs incurred, unless the obligation to reimburse such fees or costs is expressly imposed by law.

7.1.2. executing transactions via an external or free data channel;
7.1.3. executing, either alone or in collaboration with others, including between linked accounts or accounts held in different MFA entities, transactions or combinations of transactions that are intended to manipulate trading, for example by simultaneously entering into opposing positions;

7.1.14. Delayed arbitrage. This practice involves exploiting delays in price feeds, order execution, or system latency to enter or exit trades at prices that do not reflect the current market conditions. Any accounts found to be engaging in delayed arbitrage may be subject to trade cancellation, profit forfeiture, account suspension, or termination at the Company’s sole discretion.
7.2. It is prohibited:

The Provider reserves the right to assess whether certain transactions, practices, strategies or situations may violate these Prohibited Business Practices, guided by the objective criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions, and applicable law. In case of doubt, the parties undertake to consult each other to clarify whether a practice falls within the definition of Prohibited Trading Practices.
7.4. If the Client uses one or more of the Prohibited Trading Practices:
7.4.1. The Provider may consider this as a failure to meet the conditions of a particular MFA Challenge, MFA Trader, MFA Instant or MFA ONE-STEP CHALLENGE.
7.4.2. The Provider may remove the offending trades from the Client's trading history and/or not include their results in the profits and/or losses made by the demo trade, - immediately cancel all Services provided to the Client and consequently terminate this Contract;

7.6. The Provider may take any or all of the actions indicated above, in order to select the actions most effective in a particular case, to ensure the safe operation of the Service and to comply with the law.
7.7. If any MFA Challenge, MFA Trader, MFA Instant or MFA ONE-STEP CHALLENGE accounts have been used for or have been involved in Prohibited Trading Practices, this may and will constitute a breach of the relevant terms and conditions for the MFA Challenge, MFA Trader, MFA Instant or MFA ONE-STEP CHALLENGE account and may result in the cancellation of all such user accounts and termination of the relevant Contracts by the provider.
7.8. If the Client repeatedly engages in any of the practices described in the paragraphs above and the Provider has previously notified the Client and urged the Client to cease, the Provider may prevent the Client from accessing all or part of the Services, including access to the Client Section and the Trading Platform, without any compensation. The Client is not entitled to a refund of fees.

7.10. The client accepts that changes in the financial markets occur frequently and suddenly. Trading the financial markets may not be profitable and may result in significant financial losses and no previous results and profits from a Client's demo trading are a guarantee or indication of any further results.
7.11. Annex 1
MFA INSTANT, MFA CHALLENGE and MFA ONE-STEP CHALLENGE OPTIONS and individual phases are always indicated on the Service page: https://mfatraders.com
Annex 2
I. Conditions of the MFA Trader
1.1. A Client who successfully completes all stages of the Assessment Service, i.e., the MFA Challenge and Verification, and is admitted to the MFA Trader program, will receive a one-time capital bonus ("Funded Capital Bonus"). The Funded Capital Bonus increases the initial capital of the MFA Trader account by 20% of the face value of the account selected for the MFA Challenge. The Bonus is granted solely for simulation purposes within a demo account and does not constitute an actual deposit or Client funds. The Bonus increases the initial capital of the account used in the MFA Trader program solely for the purposes of simulated trading and calculating trading results. For example, in the case of an account with a face value of USD 10,000, the initial capital of the MFA Trader account after the Funded Capital Bonus is granted will be USD 12,000. The Funded Capital Bonus is non-withdrawable, non-transferable, and non-convertible and can only be used for trading on a demo account provided in the MFA Trader program.;
1.2. The performance of the Client's demo trading will always be assessed by the PROVIDER for a period of 14 days or as the case may be, depending on the product variant chosen by the Client, unless the Client submits a withdrawal request before the end of this reference period (the "Reference Period"). The Reference Period always starts on the day of the first demo transaction in the MFA Trader account and ends after 14 days or on the final day of the Profit Sharing Day (i.e. 23:59:59 Central European Summer Time (CE(S)T)) specified in the Client's withdrawal request, if the request is made in accordance with Section 4.7. The end of the Reference Period means the end of the day falling on the last day of the Reference Period (i.e. at 23:59:59 Central European Time (CET)), for example, if the first day of trading is 1 January, the Reference Period of 14 days will last until 23:59:59 CET on 14 January;
1.3. The value of the initial demo capital for demo trading under this Contract (referred to as "Capital") and, where applicable, the currency, risk option and other parameters that apply to demo trading under this Contract are set out in Annex 1. The value and currency of the Capital must be the same as the amount and currency of the initial demo capital that the Client has selected for demo trading under the MFA Challenge and Verification services offered by the Provider (the "Evaluation Services") - subject to the provisions of point 1.1 above. If the Client has successfully completed several Evaluation Services, the Client may request the PROVIDER to increase the Capital in the MFA Trader account to an amount equal to the total of the initial demo capital amounts successfully completed under the Evaluation Services (e.g. The client completes the MFA Challenge and Verification service with a capital of USD 50,000 and the MFA Challenge and Verification with a capital of USD 100,000, in which case the client may request an MFA Trader account with a capital of up to USD 150,000). The maximum aggregate amount of Capital, individually or in combination, is USD 600,000 per Client. The final decision to authorise an increase in Capital will always remain solely at the discretion of the Privider, who may approve or reject this authorisation at its own request. The PROVIDER may make the increase of the Capital subject to the conclusion of a new Contract to replace this Contract.
1.4. If the Client becomes entitled to the Award, demo trading within the respective trading cycle will be terminated and all open positions will be closed. The Client is obliged to close all trading positions by the end of the Reference Period; if the Client fails to close the positions on time, the PROVIDER shall automatically close all open positions on behalf of the Client. Once the Client's entitlement to the Award has been verified, the Client will be able to start a new trading cycle and the PROVIDER will either provide the Client with new login details for the MFA Trader account; or the PROVIDER will restore the Client's access to the account previously used by the Client, with the history and parameters of that account being reset to their initial values. all parameters of the MFA Trader account will be reset to their initial values, including the value of the Capital (in other words, all gains and losses will be nullified), unless the Client carries forward the portion of the value in respect of which he is entitled to be paid as Awards to the next trading cycle, in accordance with clause 5.12.
1.5. If the Client is not entitled to an Award at the end of the Reference Period, the Client will continue to trade the demo under the same conditions, i.e.:
1.5.1. the reference period will automatically be extended by a further 14 days;
1.5.2. all the parameters of the MFA Trader account, including the current amount of Capital on the basis of which the Client trades demo, will remain unchanged.
1.6. If the Client engages in any Prohibited Trading Practice, the Client shall forfeit its entitlement to the Award for the relevant Reference Period, and in addition (i) the PROVIDER may remove from the Client's trading history those demo trades that violate the prohibition, and/or (ii) not include their results in the profits and/or losses achieved in the demo trading, and/or (iii) immediately close the Client's MFA Trader account and subsequently terminate this Contract, and/or (iv) limit the offered leverage on products to 1:5 on any or all of the Client's accounts. In the event that any Prohibited Trading Practices are used on one or more MFA Trader accounts of the same Client, on MFA Trader accounts of different Clients, or through a combination of trading on an MFA Trader account and trading in the Evaluation Services (i.e. MFA Challenge and Verification), the Privider shall have the right to cancel all MFA Trader accounts and terminate the relevant contracts used for or involved in the Prohibited Trading Practices and/or apply other measures.
1.7. If any user accounts of the Evaluation service have been used to carry out or have been in any way involved in Prohibited Commercial Practices the Provider shall have the right to cancel the user accounts from the Services cancel access to the Services and/or invalidate the Client's performance on the Services and/or other services that have been used or have been in any way involved in Prohibited Commercial Practices. 1.8. Any losses incurred during demo trading are covered unilaterally by the Client.
II. Terms and conditions of the MFA Instant
2.1 The performance of the Client's demo trading will always be assessed by the PROVIDER for a period of 3 days or as the case may be, depending on the product variant chosen by the Client, unless the Client submits a withdrawal request before the end of this reference period (the "Reference Period"). The Reference Period always starts on the day of the first demo transaction in the MFA Trader account and ends after 3 days or on the final day of the Profit Sharing Day (i.e. 23:59:59 Central European Summer Time (CE(S)T)) specified in the Client's withdrawal request, if the request is made in accordance with Section 5.7. The Client agrees that such activities may be performed automatically, without the need for further consent, consultation or approval by the Client, without entitlement to any Award or remuneration related to the use of such data by the PROVIDER, or persons/entities that are members of the same group as or otherwise related to the PROVIDER, and without the Client's right to be informed about the specific handling of such information.

5.3 A Client starting trading in the MFA Trader program receives an initial profit share ("Profit Split") of 80% of the profit generated on the demo account, which is the basis for calculating the Reward. Profit is understood to be the positive value representing the difference between the Client's account balance on the reference period end date and the Client's account balance on the reference period start date. For example, if at the beginning of the reference period the client's account balance was USD 100 000 and at the end of the period it was USD 150 000 then the profit is USD 50 000. The Client has the opportunity to increase the Profit Split level after meeting certain conditions of activity and trading results in accordance with the following rules:
