MFA Traders was founded in 2024 with a clear vision and a real market need. Our founder, Paweł Grądziuk, observing the prop trading industry from the inside, noticed unclear regulations and rules that were unfavorable to traders, which is why we created a company based on transparency and a partnership approach. We are an educational and technology company whose mission is to enable talented traders to reach their full potential through access to capital.

He started out like most traders, with no capital, no support, alone with the market. For 19 years, he built his experience from scratch until he became the face of one of the largest trading schools in Europe, educating over 10,000 traders.
While working with them, he noticed a problem he couldn't ignore. The traders had real skills and proven strategies, but they lacked capital. Most prop trading companies, instead of helping, built models that worked against the trader.
That's why MFA Traders was created, prop trading based on a single philosophy: we help traders access capital and earn money together with them.

We also noticed that many prop trading companies structure their models in such a way that as few people as possible actually move on to the capital trading stage. We wanted to change that. From the very beginning, our goal was to create an environment in which traders can develop their skills, undergo fair verification, and actually earn money from trading, because we earn together with them, not at their expense.
