
Regulations of the tournament
Regulations of the Competition/Tournament "MFA World Trading Championship Tournament".
§ 1 General Provisions
1 The organizer of the "Traders Tournament" competition (hereinafter: "Competition") is My Funding Account PSA, with its registered office at Aleja Wojciecha Korfantego 138A, 40-156 Katowice, Poland (KRS: 0001023771, NIP: 6343021306, REGON: 524681980) (hereinafter: "Organizer").
(2) These Regulations (hereinafter: "Regulations") set forth the terms and conditions of the Contest.
3 The competition runs from December 4, 2024 00:00:00 (ETC) until cancellation or the end of the last tournament, i.e. the final tournament, according to the schedule outlined in the following paragraphs.
(4) Information about the Competition, including these Regulations, is made available on the Organizer's website dedicated to the Tournament: https://myfundingaccount.com/traders-tournament-25/.
5 The competition consists of 4 qualifying tournaments and one final tournament - each of the tournaments, along with the schedule, is described in the following sections of these regulations.
6. during the contest, a Participant may be entitled to a Prize, i.e. a monetary and non-monetary prize ( hereinafter referred to as the "Prize").
§ 2 Participants and conditions of participation
(1) The Contest is open to individuals who meet all of the following conditions: a) They must be natural persons of full legal age (18+), with full legal capacity. They must complete the registration form available on the Organizer's website during the Contest, providing: - full name and surname, - contact information (e-mail address and telephone number), - agreement to the following statements: reading the Contest Regulations, accepting the Terms of Service, Cookies Policy, Information Clause, Policy
- consent to the processing of personal data,
(b) They must register by one of the methods described in item No. 2 below.
(2) Participants can register for the tournament in one of the following ways:
In the case of the qualifying tournament 1:
a) By visiting the website https://myfundingaccount.com/traders-tournament-25/, clicking on the "Sign Up" button, and paying the $9 entry fee using the order form. b) By logging on to the platform https://platform.myfundingaccount.com, going to the "Competitions," selecting "Upcoming," and paying the $9 entry fee.
For the qualifying tournament 2, 3 and 4:
a) By visiting the website https://myfundingaccount.com/traders-tournament-25/, clicking on the "Sign Up" button next to the corresponding qualifying tournament and completing all the required data on the tournament sign-up form.
b) By logging on to the platform https://platform.myfundingaccount.com, going to the "Competitions," selecting "Upcoming" and and clicking the "Join" button.
(3) The Contest is open to participants from all over the world, excluding employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members (parents, children, spouses, siblings and relatives in direct line up to the second degree) and persons from the countries listed in Appendix 3 to the T&Cs made available by the Organizer at https://myfundingaccount.com/terms-and-conditions-of-service/.
(4) The organizer reserves the right to verify the compliance of participants with the Regulations. Failure to meet the conditions may result in disqualification.
5 The contest is conducted on the Organizer's trading platform available at https://platform.myfundingaccount.com/. Each participant in order to participate in the contest is required to have a user account on the aforementioned platform.
(6) Each participant may register only one tournament account in a given qualifying round. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all related accounts and disqualification from the tournament.
§ 3 Competition Overview and Schedule
The Contest is designed to showcase participants' trading skills using the My Funding Account platform available at https://platform.myfundingaccount.com/. Participants can enter the Competition during the registration period of each qualifying tournament. Access to the final tournament is free of charge, but is tied to obtaining the appropriate place in one of the qualifying tournaments - the rules for access to the final tournament are detailed in par. 4 of these Regulations. Trade results determine the place in the ranking.
Schedule of the Competition:
- Qualifying Tournament 1:
Tournament registration period: December 04, 2024 - January 31, 2025
Duration of the tournament: 01.02.2025 - 02.03.2025
- Qualification Tournament 2:
Tournament registration period: 03 March 2025 - 30 April 2025
Duration of the tournament: May 01, 2025 - May 31, 2025
- Qualification Tournament 3:
Tournament registration period: June 01, 2025 - July 31, 2025
Duration of the tournament: 01 August 2025 - 31 August 2025.
- Qualification Tournament 4:
Tournament registration period: September 01, 2025 - October 31, 2025
Duration of the tournament: November 01, 2025 - November 30, 2025
- Final Tournament:
Duration of the tournament: Q1 2026 - the exact date and duration of the tournament will be communicated by the organizer on the website https://myfundingaccount.com/traders-tournament-25/.
The participation fee for qualifying tournament 1 is $9, participation in qualifying tournament 2,3,4 is free.
Each participant who correctly registers in accordance with par. 2 of these Regulations, will be provided with a tournament account prior to the start of the respective Qualifying Tournament or Final Tournament, which will be available in the user's account on the Organizer's trading platform available at https://platform.myfundingaccount.com/. All accounts made available to Participants of the Qualifying Tournaments and the Final Tournament will have the same initial parameters. Detailed terms and conditions of trading are described in further sections of the Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation of the Competition is possible at any time, but the fee paid is non-refundable. To withdraw from the Contest, please send an email to contact@myfundingaccount.com. Withdrawal will result in disqualification, and any prizes related to the results achieved during the Contest will not be awarded.
(6) The organizer ensures the functioning of the trading platform, but is not responsible for technical problems on the part of the Participants.
Each participant can take part in each qualifying tournament only once. Any payments made after the registration period are not eligible to participate in the Competition.
In the case of qualifying tournament 1, payment of the fee is tantamount to acceptance of the rules and regulations and a request for immediate digital service, which means the loss of the right of withdrawal after access to this service. Completion of the tournament registration form in the case of qualifying tournament 2,3,4 is tantamount to acceptance of these regulations.
There is no limit on the number of participants in qualifying tournaments.
Only Participants who have taken the corresponding place in one of the qualifying tournaments, in accordance with the provisions of par. 4 of these Regulations.

§ 4 Prizes and awards
(1) The top contestants will be eligible for prizes, which include:
a) Qualifying Tournament #1 - 1st place: $7,000 in cash and Funded Account STANDARD $125,000 ( of the value specified on the Organizer's website on the closing date of the respective qualifying tournament). - 2nd place: 2,000 USD in cash and Funded Account STANDARD 62,500 USD ( of the value specified on the Organizer's website on the closing date of the respective qualifying tournament). - 3rd place: $1,000 cash and Funded Account STANDARD $7,500 ( of the value specified on the Organizer's website on the closing date of the respective qualifying tournament). - Places 4-10: Challenge Account STANDARD $62,500 ( with the value specified on the Organizer's website on the closing day of the respective qualifying tournament). - Places 11-25: Challenge Account STANDARD $31,250 ( with the value specified on the Organizer's website on the closing date of the respective qualifying tournament).
In addition, the 25 participants with the best scores in each qualifying round will receive free access to the final tournament.
b) Qualifying Tournament #2,3,4 - 1st place: Funded Account STANDARD $125,000 ( with the value determined on the Organizer's website on the day of the end of the respective qualifying tournament)
- 2nd place: Funded Account STANDARD $62,500 ( with the value specified on the Organizer's website on the closing date of the respective qualifying tournament). - 3rd place: Funded Account STANDARD $7,500 ( of the value specified on the Organizer's website on the closing date of the respective qualifying tournament). - Places 4-10: Challenge Account STANDARD $62,500 ( of the value specified on the Organizer's website on the closing day of the respective qualifying tournament). - Places 11-25: Challenge Account STANDARD $31,250 ( with the value specified on the Organizer's website on the closing date of the respective qualifying tournament).
In addition, the 25 participants with the best scores in each qualifying round will receive free access to the final tournament.
(c) Final tournament
- 1st place: $15,000 in cash, Funded Account STANDARD $500,000 ( with the value specified on the Organizer's website on the day of the final tournament) and a ticket to ALLinCAMP 2026. - 2nd place: $3,000 in cash and Funded Account STANDARD $250,000 ( with the value specified on the Organizer's website on the day of the final tournament). - 3rd place: $2,000 cash and Funded Account STANDARD $125,000 ( with the value specified on the Organizer's website on the day the final tournament ends).
Each participant may receive a maximum of one prize in a given qualifying tournament - with the proviso that the prize in the form of access to the final tournament may be awarded to a given participant once, regardless of whether the participant took the prize-winning place in two or more qualifying tournaments. In a situation in which one Participant took the prize-winning place twice or more times in any number of qualifying tournaments, access to the final tournament is granted to the next person in the ranking of the qualifying tournament in question.
Winners may not exchange prizes for cash equivalent or other prizes, or transfer them to third parties.
Winners will be notified within 7 calendar days via email or SMS. They will be required to complete a contract and a prize acceptance report, including personal details and verification of documents.
Participants eligible to receive a prize are required to successfully complete the Organizer's KYC/AML procedure in the manner specified by the Organizer before receiving the prize.
Failure to meet the above requirements will result in forfeiture of the right to the award.
Participants' places in the Competition in each qualifying tournament or final tournament will be determined on the basis of the balance of the tournament account on the day of the end of the respective qualifying tournament or final tournament. The higher the Participant's tournament account balance, the higher the Participant's place at the end of the respective qualifying tournament or final tournament. If more than one Participant achieves the same score at the end of a given qualifying tournament or final tournament, they will be ranked in the same place and receive a prize in accordance with this paragraph.
The Prizes provided for in these Regulations are subject to taxation pursuant to Art. 30 (1) (2) of the Personal Income Tax Act of July 26, 1991, i.e. a flat 10% income tax. The tax base is the value of a given Prize, as specified in these Regulations. The tax shall be calculated, deducted and paid by the Organizer.
In the case of transferring the Prize to a prizewinner who is not a Polish tax resident, the Organizer may not charge the tax referred to in paragraph 9 with consideration of the relevant tax treaty, provided that the prizewinner presents a tax residency certificate obtained in the country of his/her tax residence.
In the event that the winner participated in the competition as an entrepreneur in connection with his or her business activity, the obligation to pay income tax on the Prize received rests with the winner.
§ 5 Fair play and trading rules
All transactions must be carried out exclusively on the My Funding Account platform available at https://platform.myfundingaccount.com/, on accounts provided by the Organizer.
All participants in the Competition will receive demo accounts with the same starting parameters and will perform demo transactions on them.
The starting parameters of the competition accounts are as follows:
- Starting demo capital: $50,000
- Maximum daily loss: 5% - exceeding the daily limit will result in immediate disqualification from the respective qualifying tournament or final tournament
- Maximum total loss: 10% - exceeding the maximum total loss will result in immediate disqualification from the respective qualifying tournament or final tournament
- Leverage: 1:100
Participants may trade only specific currency pairs, indices, commodities and cryptocurrencies available on the Organizer's platform.
Violations, including the use of algorithms or unauthorized strategies, will result in disqualification.
The participant during the Contest must meet both minimum activity requirements:
a) Make transactions during 10 different calendar days during the course of the tournament
b) Complete at least 10 transactions in the qualifying/final round
Equipment failures are the Participant's risk. If this requirement is not met, the Participant forfeits the right to the Prize.
Automated trading systems (including bots, algorithms, EAs or third-party automated tools) are strictly prohibited. All trades must reflect manual and independent decisions made by the participant. Violation of this rule will result in immediate disqualification, account closure and loss of prizes.
Each participant can have a maximum of 5 open positions at the same time. Violation of this rule will result in immediate disqualification, account closure and loss of prizes
§ 6 Complaints
(1) Participants may file complaints regarding the Contest no later than 7 days after the prize is issued (date of receipt by the Organizer).
(2) Complaints shall be considered only by the Organizer and must be submitted in writing by registered mail to the Organizer's registered address:

or by e-mail to: contact@myfundingaccount.com.
(3) The complaint should include: a) the full name of the participant,

b) the exact address, c) the date and place of the event to which the complaint relates, d) the content of the claim with justification e) the Participant's e-mail address
(4) Complaints will be considered within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt by the Organizer. The response will be sent to the address or e-mail of the participant.
(5) After exhausting the complaint procedure, the participant has the right to pursue claims before the competent court.
§ 7 Processing of personal data
(1) The administrator of the personal data of the participants in the Contest, pursuant to Article 4 (7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (RODO), is the Organizer.
(2) Personal data of participants shall be processed in terms of: a) identification data (name and surname), b) contact data (e-mail address, telephone number, mailing address).
(3) Provision of data is voluntary, but is necessary for the full and proper implementation by the Organizer of the activities in connection with which Participants provide their personal data. Failure to provide data prevents participation in the Contest.
(4) The processing of Participants' personal data by the Organizer is lawful, as it is necessary for the Organizer to carry out for Participants the activities in connection with which Participants provide their personal data (i.e. exercising their rights and obligations under the Rules of the Contest) and for the purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Organizer including: processing of complaints within the scope of the RODO, processing for analytical and statistical purposes. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Article 6(1)(b) or (f), respectively, of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) - referred to as "RODO".
(5) Participants' personal data will be processed for the period of implementation by the Organizer of the activities in connection with which they have provided their personal data, the period of consideration of complaints relating to these activities, until the expiration of the statute of limitations for claims related to these activities, and in terms of data processing for marketing, analytical and statistical purposes - until the Participant objects to data processing for these purposes.
(6) Participants Have the right to access their personal data, the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, and the right to data portability. Participants also have the right at any time to object to the processing of their data for marketing, statistical and analytical purposes.
(7) Participants shall have the right to lodge a complaint in connection with data processing carried out by the Organizer to the authority supervising the protection of personal data in Poland - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

§ 8 Final provisions
(1) When entering the Contest, participants have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with these Regulations.
(2) The Regulations are available on the Contest website: https://myfundingaccount.com/traders-tournament-25/ and at the Organizer's office during the Contest period.
(3) The organizer is not responsible for the inability to collect the prize for reasons attributable to the participant.
(4) The rights and obligations of the Organizer and participants shall be governed by these Regulations and applicable laws.
(5) In matters not regulated by the Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
6. the Organizer is not responsible for the inability of Participants to connect
With the platform or for not being able to register.
(7) The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Regulations at any time.
(8) The amendment to these Regulations shall come into force upon its announcement on the Organizer's website, in such a way that Participants have the opportunity to become familiar with it.
(9) The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Contest without giving any reason. Participants of the Contest, hereby waive any claims against the Organizers on this account. In case of cancellation of the Contest. The Organizer will return the fees to the Participants in the same form in which they were paid to the Organizer.
10. Participants in the Contest shall bear all responsibility for any damage caused by them to the Organizer or a third party, in connection with participation in the Contest
