MFA Traders was established in 2024 with a clear vision and a real market need. Our founder, Paweł Grądziuk, observing the prop trading industry from the inside, noticed unclear regulations and rules that were unfavorable to traders, which is why we created a company based on transparency and a partnership approach. We are an educational and technology company whose mission is to enable talented traders to fully realize their potential through access to capital.

At MFA Traders, traders first verify their skills, and once they meet the criteria, they gain access to capital, on which we earn together thanks to their results. Our model is simple: traders earn money based on their skills, and we participate in the profits in exchange for providing capital.

He started out like most traders, with no capital, no support, alone with the market. For 19 years, he built his experience from scratch until he became the face of one of the largest trading schools in Europe, educating over 10,000 traders.

While working with them, he noticed a problem he couldn't ignore. The traders had real skills and proven strategies, but they lacked capital. Most prop trading firms, instead of helping, built models that worked against the trader.

That is why MFA Traders was created, a prop trading company based on a single philosophy: we help traders gain access to capital and earn money together with them.

MFA Traders was founded on the belief that there are a huge number of talented traders on the market who lack one key element: access to capital. We also noticed that many prop trading companies structure their models in such a way that as few people as possible actually move on to the capital trading stage. We wanted to change that. From the very beginning, our goal was to create an environment where traders can develop their skills, undergo fair verification, and actually earn money from trading, because we earn together with them, not at their expense.

The project is led by Paweł Grądziuk, who has focused on transparent rules, a partnership-based model of cooperation, and a long-term approach to building relationships with traders. MFA Traders is the first prop trading company in Poland, created with the aim of bringing about real change in industry standards and building a new quality of cooperation between the company and the trader.

We are launching as the first prop trading company in Poland, introducing a model based on transparency and genuine partnership with traders.

First Trading Tournament

We are organizing an inaugural tournament for the first 1,000 traders, giving the community an opportunity to compete and demonstrate their skills in practice.

Rebranding to MFA Traders

As we expand our offering and scale of operations, we are changing our name to MFA Traders to better reflect our values: transparency, a partnership-based model of cooperation, and long-term support for traders in Poland and abroad.
